This very overcast day would not be an ideal beach day for most but for us it was perfect...not crowded, not hot and we didn't have to reapply sunscreen a million times!
Playing in the sand is so fun. 
The water is super fun too. 
Carter decided that the shells should be in the ocean not on shore so she picked up every shell she could find and threw it in the water.
Get back in the ocean shells.

We stopped for a hot dog on the way home. Carter takes "hot dog" literally. Sometimes when we say hot dog she blows because when something is hot we blow on it and sometimes she barks because a dog barks.
Mom, seriously enough pictures, can I just eat my hot dog please.
